The Jerks will be performed at 70% of your last 5 rep set (last time you jerked). With the Open’s WOD being unknown, today is not the day to go heavy. You will focus on form and all 3 sets will be at the 70% weight. Sprints will be run at 90%.

CFF will be doing the Open’s WOD every Thursday for the next 5 weeks. It will be conducted similar to this past Monday’s Fight Gone Bad. The class will be divided in half and everyone will have a judge/counter. The standards will be announced with the WOD and all athletes are required to perform the given movements as prescribed to officially be scored. We are asking all members to get a minimum of 1 rep as Rx’d. Then if you need to scale, we will adjust as needed.
