At CFF we make “working-out” fun BUT WITH RESULTS. The stimulus is varied and the results dramatic. CrossFit programming is appropriate and beneficial for all levels of athleticism, age and ability. The WODs (work-out of the day) incorporate weightlifting, gymnastics, running and plyometrics. Each WOD is modified to match the abilities and comfort level of each member. Through a strong community and hard work we make strong people faster and endurance athletes more powerful.
