The LBNC break up social will be held on Saturday, June 23rd at The O.C.C. (6pm – until bad stuff happens). Winners will be announced on the 22nd with prizes awarded the night of the social. U.S. Army First Lieutenant Brian Bradshaw, 24, of Steilacoom, Washington, assigned to the 1st Battalion, 501st Parachute Infantry Regiment, 4th Airborne Brigade Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division, based in Fort Richardson, Alaska, died in Kheyl, Afghanistan, on June 25th, 2009, from wounds suffered when insurgents detonated a roadside bomb near his vehicle. He is survived by his parents, Paul and Mary, and brother Robert.

For those training for the Escape the Cape Tri, Kim and Catherine will be meeting at Farm Pond in Sherborn on Sunday at 7:45 AM. They will be getting in the water for a swim by 8am and then biking afterwards. If you want to join for just the bike, come around 8:30-8:45. Call Kim if you have any questions (her number can be found in the No Grain post).

If anyone is looking to run on Sunday – Freddie is running a 5k in Walpole.  All details can be found at the Walpole Recreation Department Website. It is the 5k for the “Fourth” ( as in 4th of July fireworks). It should go without saying … rep with your CFF shirt.
